Friday' Birthday Ride w/Sven

Sven just turned 92 and said he felt the urge to get "high in the sky" again.  We've had some nice flights together over the years as members of the BASA club.  We put the parachutes on, strapped into the DG-505 and towed to the east hills releasing over Henrietta where Sven thermaled us up to 6.2k.  He hadn't lost his touch and we played around for 1.5 hours until called down for the next scheduled flight by BASA member Peter and his friend Haluk.  On the way back Sven did two loops and some wingovers just for fun!
